  Nothing was refilled or it was broken. no paper towels in restroom. ketchup, horseradish, Arby's sauce empty, not working, or clogged with product. employees didn't even attempt to offer product from behind counter. I had to approach them and ask for what I needed. food was great but customer service and attitude from employees was lacking this visit.

  Came here on 10/10/16 to get my boyfriend food before our road trip since he wanted to try Arby's for the first time. He wanted the smoke mountain which is supposed to have turkey, pork belly, and brisket. The employee said that it didn't have all three and we had to choose (we found out after that it did have all of the meats I listed). Anyway, apparently they gave him the smokehouse which is one choice of either turkey, pork belly, or brisket. When we got down the road and he finally opened his food, there was no cheese on his sandwich and no fried onions.... It was just some small pieces of meat, sauce, and bread. For the price that I spent I'd expect more than that. Plus, if the sandwich shows it, I expect it to actually be on my sandwich.
  
  ***I think the employees at this location should learn their menu and what exactly goes on all of their sandwiches. I have gotten food from this Arby's in the past and they always either left something off of my sandwich or forgot to put something that I ordered in the bag. I stopped going here because of that. Told my boyfriend, but he still wanted to try it. Yet again, didn't get what was expected and paid for. Won't be returning to this location.

  Good friendly service. The location is usual not very busy. Good food but a little pricey.
