  This chili's is above average in the customer service department,... usually. 95% of the time its a 5 star chili's and I couldn't be happier. There is a couple servers that leave a lot to be desired. I know that serving is difficult and stressful, and I will forgive just about any mistake because mistakes can be fixed. I won't forgive rudeness or attitude, especially when the server has not received any from me in the first place. If you experience anything like that just ask for a new server and your experience will be back to five star. only reason for the four star is because I've had to ask for a new server more than once and shouldn't be necessary. Employees come and go but they can't seem to keep the few bad apples weeded out.
